This programme is delivered over five inspiring workshops.
During each session, we review and anaylse your current lifestyle, habits and patterns to help you make the right choices to improve your health, confidence, and self-esteem.
Step 1~ Self-care: Exercise & Nutritional Coaching.
Step 2~ Health and Well-being: Holistic approaches to self-healing from an inner to outer perspective.
Step 3~ Building Self-confidence and Self-esteem: Breaking free from comfort zones and enabling transformation.
Step 4~ Boosting Self-confidence and Self-esteem: Building on from Step 3, through a range of processes we will help instill the measures taken to withhold stability leading to change and progression.
Step 5~ Rewind and Unwind: Through self-reflection and mindfulness we aim to let the older versions of the self go and welcome the new you.
